This reduces glare for anyone driving up to the building, and reduces light trespass onto adjoining properties. Perfect for apartment complex garages or businesses adjacent to residential neighborhoods.
These fixtures have a die cast aluminum body with polycarbonate lenses.
A really great add on is the motion sensor which can be easily installed even after the fixture is wired. Unique screw in design of the motion sensor requires only a screw driver and no wire nuts. It is preset to dim after 5 minutes to 30% and stay on for 60 minutes then turn off completely. If motion is detected at any time it will go to full brightness.
Fixtures are available in 30, 50, 80 and 120 wattages. The video below shows features and how easy it is to install a motion sensor.
